Lead a 50-minute thought leadership session during our concurrent breakout sessions on Thursday and Friday of the conference. Content must be pre-approved by NCSSS. The best attended sessions are those that include a school teacher or student who has used the organization’s product or service in their school. Package includes all of the benefits of the Enhanced Exhibitor package, PLUS a one-year corporate membership in NCSSS ($1,000 value). |

NCSSS contracts with the hotel to receive a special rate based on minimum bookings; therefore, attendees are encouraged to book at our conference hotel for $229/night by October 13, 2025, to help us meet our contractual obligations.

Wake Early College of Health and Science (WECHS) is an early college high school focused on health and sciences. WECHS provides students with opportunities to explore careers in the health and sciences through partnerships with Wake Technical Community College (Wake Tech) and WakeMed Health and Hospitals. This five-year public high school program allows students to earn a high school diploma, an associate degree, college transfer credit, and certificates as well as complete prerequisite courses for health sciences degrees. College credits completed while enrolled at WECHS are tuition-free and are transferable to all sixteen of North Carolina's public universities. Students follow a rigorous high school program of honors classes for the first two years. For the remaining years, students are dual enrolled in Wake Tech courses. |

The mission of the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics, an innovative and collaborative leader in secondary STEM education, is to advance our state, nation, and world by creating opportunities for broad access to exemplary public education that fosters, challenges, inspires, and empowers students and communities to design their future. The tour will give participants an opportunity to learn more about the student research, mentorship, and entrepreneurship program through a brief presentation and Q&A and then see the distance education studios, as well as a general tour of the school to see labs and learn more about the residential environment.

You will want to plan on staffing your display from approximately 7:30 am – 4 pm, with an emphasis on when the most traffic will be present during meal hours and breaks. There will also be a "Snack Break With Sponsors" from 2:30pm to 3:00pm in the Glenwood Ballroom Pre-Function area. As the exhibitor area is in a separate part of the hotel from the sessions, there will be less traffic during and between sessions.
On Friday, November 7th, there will be a Field Trip to North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics so most activity around the displays will take place from Noon – 4 pm. There will also be a "Snack Break With Sponsors" from 3:00pm - 3:30pm in the Glenwood Ballroom Pre-Function area. As the exhibitor area is in a separate part of the hotel from the sessions, there will be less traffic during and between sessions.
On Saturday, the display area will be active 8:00am - 11:00 am. Tear down will be after 11:00am. As the exhibitor area is in a separate part of the hotel from the sessions, there will be less traffic during and between sessions.
